This weekend in Bregenz and Lindau at Lake Constance belonged to the team, from Friday to Sunday: celebrations, meetings, meals, strategy, Christmas market and planning for 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Review and preview \u2013 what have we achieved of the goals we set ourselves and where can we still learn, where can we improve and what can we do differently and better next year?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We challenge the status quo \u2013 Due to constant changes in the market, the economy, politics and customer enquiry and booking behaviour, we as a service provider are challenged to adapt, to be faster with new technology and to be the best with personal service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With our own innovative approaches, our SpeakGPT, the newly established Speakers Management, the repositioning of LEADING MINDS, the restructuring of accounting and invoicing, Urs the MICEB\u00e4r, the fantastic #secondstowow event and tremendous visibility across all channels, we have achieved the best year in the company’s history in terms of overall business performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And we will not rest on our laurels: with Premium Speakers Asia led by Tricia Canilao and two new major projects in 2026, our innovation pipeline is full and we will continue to be agile and forward-looking in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are looking forward to 2026, because with a unique team, we will master the challenges of everyday life so that we don’t end up on the wrong track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
