Repeat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the fourth time, we met with the team in Hamburg and, together with <a href=\"https:\/\/premium-speakers.com\/en\/speaker-presenter\/uve-samuels\/\" data-type=\"speaker\" data-id=\"80380\">Dr. Uve Samuels<\/a>, discussed our workload, our approach, our strategies, and market changes, delving very deeply into each topic. Are we doing the right things? Are we doing things right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As customer and booking behavior changes, how can we improve our processes and make them faster? AI or humans? Both\u2014but in which specific areas? What do the new customer needs look like? Can we create new offerings\u2014and we can&#8230;. Stay tuned. What does the modern customer journey look like, and how can we delight our customers if we completely rethink the questions we\u2019re asking?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How do we gain even more visibility in the Google and LLM jungle? Many thanks to our communications and social media specialist Julia, who presented a brilliant strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Goal: NEXT LEVEL PREMIUM SPEAKERS &amp; LEADING MINDS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A DEEP DIVE\u2014and over the course of three and a half hours, Dr. Uve Samuels inspired and challenged us. The result: simply brilliant. We\u2019ve put premium speakers and LEADING MINDS back on the drawing board, and now a new center of excellence is taking shape, brimming with powerful ideas.
