Behind Team Baba<\/strong> is the swiss successful band Baba Shrimps: Adrian K\u00fcbler, Luca Burkhalter, and Moritz Vontobel.<\/strong> They have been a well-rehearsed team for over 15 years, with multiple chart placements, the official Olympic song for Switzerland, and almost 1,000 concerts worldwide. Team Baba transfers this experience of lived collaboration to the corporate world \u2013 as an effective, high-quality format for corporate events, leadership conferences, workshops, and strategy processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The audio protocol accompanies events as a creative format. Team Baba actively listens throughout the day and picks up on key content in surprising interludes and Q&As. At the end, the core messages are condensed and presented in an exclusive musical stage performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The result is an emotional summary that touches the audience and has a lasting effect. The audio transcript can then be used in a variety of ways \u2013 for example, for intranet posts, follow-up meetings or internal events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Song workshops \u2013 take your teams, customers and networks to the next level<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In professionally moderated workshop steps, you will create your own song \u2013 from the initial ideas to the lyrics and melody to the recording (and optional stage performance).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The format is modular: the pace, depth and individual stages can be flexibly adapted to the target group and setting \u2013 whether for a team, customers, a specific network, managers or the entire workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      No prior musical knowledge is required. Every participant can get involved, regardless of experience or talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Each participant decides for themselves how they want to contribute: in the choir, as a solo voice, with their own instrument or even behind the scenes with lyrics, arrangement or performance concept.
