There, she gained valuable experience in building partnerships, client management and dealing with demanding stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She then moved to Credit Suisse, where, as Head of Client &amp; Corporate Events, she led a team and was responsible for major national and international client events. In this role, she regularly collaborated with members of executive boards, boards of directors and key clients, and further developed her leadership skills within a demanding corporate environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2011, she took over the operational and strategic management of the family-run company Matthys Immobilien AG as Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors. At the same time, she completed a Master\u2019s degree in Real Estate Management and was responsible for the company\u2019s further development for several years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2015, she joined AG Hallenstadion Z\u00fcrich as Deputy Director, a member of the Executive Board and Head of Marketing &amp; Sales. There, she shared responsibility for the strategic development of one of Switzerland\u2019s best-known event venues and led teams in the areas of marketing, communications and sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She then took on the operational management of G\u00fcbelin\u2019s Zurich boutique as Boutique Director, overseeing staff, customer relations and the financial performance of one of Switzerland\u2019s most prestigious luxury companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Purpose creates motivation. Motivation creates performance. Performance creates impact.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, Jeannine Matthys draws on this wide-ranging experience in her work as a leadership coach, career adviser, workplace mentor, lecturer and entrepreneur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a speaker, she captivates her audience with an authentic, inspiring and practical approach.
