Mark Schulman knows what it takes to deliver peak performance under pressure in a world where every moment counts. For more than three decades, he performed as a drummer alongside some of the biggest names in the international music industry. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He toured and worked with artists including P!NK, Billy Idol, Foreigner, Cher, Stevie Nicks and Velvet Revolver. Through concerts, television shows and award ceremonies such as the Grammys, the American Music Awards, \u201cAmerica\u2019s Got Talent\u201d and \u201cSaturday Night Live,\u201d he has performed for a combined audience of more than one billion people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a 32-year touring career, Mark Schulman shifted his full attention to his work as a keynote speaker. Today, he transfers the lessons he learned on the world\u2019s biggest concert stages to the challenges faced by companies, leaders and teams. He still brings his drums on stage, combining live music, stories from the international music business and practical principles from performance psychology to create an exceptional keynote experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the heart of his work is the Attitude Equation<\/strong> he developed: Attitude \u00d7 Behavior = Consequence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mark Schulman believes that people cannot always control what happens to them. However, they can influence the attitude they adopt towards a situation. This attitude shapes their behavior, while their behavior determines the resulting consequences. Drawing on his experiences with internationally successful artists, he demonstrates how people can consciously change their mindset, perform under pressure and use challenging situations as opportunities for personal and organizational growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His keynotes combine the energy of a rock show with the substance of a business presentation. Live drumming, well-known musical medleys, concert footage and personal stories provide the framework for topics including leadership, resilience, motivation, communication, creativity, teamwork and peak performance. From Stage Fright to a Performance Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mark Schulman\u2019s exploration of performance was shaped not only by successful tours and major concerts. During an important audition for the rock band Bad English, extreme nervousness affected his performance. Instead of viewing the experience merely as a professional setback, he began to examine systematically how fear, preparation and self-confidence influence individual performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From this experience, he developed a model based on three factors: Clarity, Capability and Confidence<\/strong>. This concept became the foundation of his first book and his early presentations on stage fright and performance under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Later, at the height of his career, Mark Schulman was diagnosed with cancer. He applied the principles he had previously developed for performances and professional challenges to his fight against the disease. His personal story adds another dimension to his presentations on resilience, attitude and the ability to take action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In his signature solo keynote, Mark Schulman demonstrates how attitude, behavior and results are interconnected. Through stories from more than 30 years in the international music industry, live drumming and well-known songs, he explains how a deliberate shift in attitude can transform performance, motivation and collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      During the Rockstar Rewrite<\/strong>, participants work in small groups to write new lyrics for well-known songs.
