Often, however, the root cause lies elsewhere: a lack of a shared sense of direction. Where there is a lack of shared purpose, responsibilities become unclear. Where responsibilities are unclear, collaboration suffers. And where collaboration suffers, impact fails to materialise. Where responsibility is unclear, control becomes a stopgap measure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sacha Johann shows what leadership really entails: direction, not motivation. How managers can make responsibility visible, encourage active participation and create clarity that stands the test of everyday life. Prior to this, he held various roles in the financial sector, most recently as Head of Marketing in private banking.
