He played for clubs in the English Premier League such as Tottenham Hotspur, Burnley and Norwich City and earned 40 caps for Northern Ireland.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In more than 300 appearances, Paul McVeigh was a key member of two Championship-winning teams and rose to the top flight of English football.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul is the author of the ironically titled book <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4dL6M5x\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u2018The Stupid Footballer is Dead\u2019<\/a><\/strong>. He is the first person in history to play in the English Premier League and to graduate with a Masters in Sports Psychology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During his active career, he was able to compete at the highest level with some of the best players in the world.
