1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Laura Penn:

  • What authentic leadership communication looks like in the digital age
  • How rapidly evolving communication platforms affect leadership success
  • How humans are designed to communicate with each other, and that we are at our best when we use our original “design”

2. Which audience or which branch do you reach with your speech?

Laura Penn:

  • C-suite leaders
  • High-performance teams
  • Innovators, entrepreneurs and changemakers
  • Future of work audiences
  • HR talent development professionals

3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?

Laura Penn:

Yes, I am a Premium Speaker. I am a prolific thought-leader. I have written four books, delivered four TEDx talks, serve as an author at UN Today, the official magazine of the United Nations, and am the host of the popular Leadership Speaking Radio podcast

4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?

Laura Penn:

As we go deeper into the digital age, I believe that skills which make us uniquely human such as creativity, compassion and communication, will be paramount to what it means to be successful as a leader. These core skills, especially communication, will contribute to trust building, team productivity, company success and authentic leadership in ways that digital and AI-driven skills can never do.

Additionally, I believe that in the future, learning how to communicate effectively and being intentional about developing and improving this core “human-focused” craft, will significantly influence what successful leadership looks like.

5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?

Laura Penn:

My life motto is: “When communicating, do more of what makes you human”

We humans are designed for meaningful connection with each other and it’s when we lean-in to our original “design” that we are the best that we can be as communicators.

As a result of my keynote speeches, audiences will discover:

  • That “everything communicates” and feel activated to improve how they communicate with their peers, teams and customers
  • Powerful tools and deep insights which will support them to increase their influence, captivate their audiences and make their messages matter
  • New perspectives about how rapidly evolving communication platforms influence leadership success
  • Practical strategies to become agile, resilient and authentic communicators of the digital age
