Every day I experience how transformation is deeply misunderstood. The potential of today’s challenges and all the crisis we face, is delayed and prevented. So huge opportunities remain unused. Instead, we are expanding a dangerous stoppage and block the jump into a new era.
For more than 20 years I designed and facilitated processes of deep change for many top companies in the German-speaking world. The consulting company YOUTOPIA GROUP I founded, is attracting attention throughout the industry with its “cutting-edge” ways of contemporary transformation solutions. We call these innovative new ways to profound change: The-Art-of-Transformation. Because the path of transformation is more an art than another “management-by-something” or well known, but unfortunately inadequate process to solve problems.

What will be in the future? Does 'time' play an important role in your work?
We are at the beginning of an epochal change, “the great transformation”. We start to realize that our attempts to solve the challenges with a repair-oriented mindset is not able to produce the needed answers. And so, the topic gains relevance and explosiveness each day.
