We are asked time and again how it is that we are constantly coming up with new ideas on the market or identifying speakers and personalities that no one or hardly anyone knows now and are suddenly in the spotlight.
Like Oliver Zeidler, for example, who won the gold medal in single sculls in Paris 2024 and has been supported by Premium Speakers for a long time. Quite simply: we listen.
The name Oliver Zeidler came up in a customer meeting a few months ago, so we contacted Olli Zeidler directly. After the initial discussions, we were able to take Oliver on board and have already booked him as a speaker. At the end of May, we met Oliver Zeidler, his manager and his father Heino at the Lucerne Regatta and discussed the collaboration and the focus on the 2024 Olympics in Paris. Olli Zeidler has now won the gold medal and the collaboration is really taking off.
Putting on the right boat instead of being on the wrong ship.
But our creativity and our special view of the market also allow us to have fun again and again. Not out of a sense of arrogance or because we often think “old wine in new bottles” when introducing new agencies, but because it is exciting for us to see how “fellow admirers” struggle and copy from us what we initiated and implemented months – and sometimes years – ago.
It’s the height of summer: we get creative and play during our breaks and vacations. Are we crazy? No, but relaxed, having fun with what we do and observing the goings-on in the Speaker Market from a different level. So on my vacation at the North Sea, I’ve now also taken the little molds to the beach. As I can’t sit still and let the sun bake me for days on end anyway, I used my creative phases to build sandcastles and bake sand cakes. But nobody wanted to eat them….
Nobody wanted to eat my sand cakes….
Sitting on the beach, reading books, playing with molds, baking sand cakes and just looking out to sea and watching the waves. In the first few days, I came up with the best ideas for new marketing, a new business area and training and coaching sessions. Who knows game theory? Game theory is a mathematical method that derives rational decision-making behavior in social conflict situations in which an individual’s success depends not only on their own actions, but also on the actions of others.
And since I already have enough to do with myself and my ideas and there are too many of the others, I’m now getting back to tackling exciting things so that Premium Speakers, LEADING MINDS and the MICE Service Group can continue to be successful in the future. #staytuned
