Patricia Falco Beccalli – The “5 Premium Speakers Questions”
Patricia Falco Beccalli looks back on a long international career. She became known as a CNBC presenter when she reported daily from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the German financial market. In the pandemic, she launched her own YouTube-based TV channel, Mentorit.TV. As founder and CEO of Principle AG and co-founder of Falco Global Partners, an operational management and investment company, she knows which factors are crucial to lead companies to sustainable success. And she does this not only with experience and knowledge, but above all with passion and clear goals.
But she also says:
“The linchpin of every company and its operational objectives is the human being. The so-called and often ridiculed ‘soft skills’, such as emotional intelligence, or cultural empathy and sensitivity, are, in addition to the financial and operational strategies, crucial to building a long-term stable and successful company AND also to scaling internationally. Anyone who still thinks that the business and financial world is based solely on rational calculation has some homework to do!”

4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?
The future is a creation of whatever I focus on today! Professionally, our target at Falco Global Partners is to hold over 1bn USD worth of assets under management over the coming 5 years. We are a 3-year young startup company.
Working with many young entrepreneurs and women in business, I continue to share my values and visions for the world: Planet PLUS Purpose PLUS Profits. The young teams endorse my help in creating a sustainable corporate culture.
I am currently structuring my second book. It’s TBC when it will be ready to publish.
Next year I’ll become a certified clinical hypnotist.
Time is relevant when moderating or holding speeches. The timing depends on the organizers or my client’s wishes. I follow these 100%.
On the other hand, time is the only dimension that holds full equality for all humans – no matter what ethnicity, intellect, religion, economic status. My time is extremely precious to me and I do curate what I do, with/for whom and for what purpose. As I prioritize my work projects, I never feel under time pressure as I have allotted the needed time right from the start of the project.
5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?
My life motto: “Stay Curious to THRIVE!”
But also
“A plane needs headwind to soar!”
