Prof. Dr. Stefanie A. Schubert is Professor of Economics at SRH University Heidelberg and an expert in finance and game theory. She advises on strategy, collaboration and negotiations, particularly in the life sciences industry.
Stefanie Schubert is an ICF-certified executive coach for resilient leadership. Stefanie A. Schubert holds a PhD in Finance and researched the financing of social security systems, work incentives and their macroeconomic effects. After completing her doctorate in finance, she accepted a junior professorship at the WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management and has since analyzed strategic decisions and negotiations using game theory approaches.
She lectures on social market economies, sustainable growth, fiscal redistribution, successful negotiation, strategic influence and resilient leadership. She also advises DAX30 companies and C-level management on strategic decisions and alliances to create sustainable value.
