Rahel Kindermann – The “5 Premium Speakers Questions”

31. January 2023 – Astrid Berndt

Rahel Kindermann is a pilot, former musician and entrepreneur. She is an expert in leadership and change management and takes you on the inspiring True North Star-Journey. As a private pilot, she always had a vision and desire to land her plane on a highway in Alaska. She says the #clearedtoland success principle ultimately helped her realize that vision in 2022.

Her inspiring talks and workshops will open your eyes to important topics like meaning and purpose in your daily work environment. Peppered with breathtaking images and video clips, the learnings for you and your company are so diverse that you will talk about and benefit from them for a long time to come.

Rahel Kindermann in interview:

1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Rahel Kindermann:

«True North Star Journey»: the development of a vision, a purpose, empowerment, leadership, change management, mental training/trust, high performance/resilience as well as the 8 core points of the #clearedtoland success principle. The big advantage: the know-how from the cockpit can be immediately transferred to professional and private life. In my one-hour “True North Star Journey“, participants work on their True North Star themselves, interactive elements complement this keynote.

2. Which audiance or which branch do you reach with your speech?

Rahel Kindermann:

National and international companies. All companies that want to empower and develop their employees and develop their best potential.

In general, all individuals who want to develop professionally or personally and become “the best of themselves”.

Also organizations and teams that would like to have a very compact workshop of only one hour.

3. Why are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from? ENGLISCH

Rahel Kindermann:

My personal “Purpose” is the “Empowerment of organizations, teams and individuals”.

I am thrilled to be able to help others reach their best possible potential. For the past 5 years I have been running my company #clearedtoland, a unique crew of female pilots and aviation experts with a strong business background and experience in management, consulting, coaching, communication, change and continuous improvement. We are trainers and speakers, sharing immediately actionable practical tools from the cockpit based on Aviation Excellence.

I have been able to accompany numerous organizations, teams and individuals in their True North Star Journeys and also offer the possibility of a compact workshop of one hour or a keynote if impulses are to be set towards the development of a Purpose, a Vision/Mission and/or a Change Project. As a private pilot, I translate immediately translatable knowledge from the cockpit into the corporate world by means of the 8 core points of the #clearedtoland success principle.

4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?

Rahel Kindermann:

One constant in life is constant change. “Never stop learning” is an important principle in the life of every pilot. With our #clearedtoland success principle, we always keep our eyes on the horizon, prepare ourselves with good planning even for extraordinary situations, maintain an agile mindset and are enthusiastic about continuous development. We are always experiencing new situations in the cockpit, which we in turn incorporate into our presentations and trainings, and we also incorporate new insights and developments from other topics, such as the systemic thinking model.

5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?

Rahel Kindermann:

I myself work with my True North Star every day, always have a clear flight plan and the point of view on the horizon.

I especially like the quote from Mark Twain: “If you don’t know where you’re going, don’t be surprised if you end up somewhere else on your journey“.

Therefore, I always give my listeners the following:

Always have your “True North Star” clearly in front of you, always have a good flight plan, always keep your focus on the horizon and always have a good Plan B or C!
