Sophie Hundertmark – the “5 Premium Speakers Questions”
Sophie Hundertmark is a leading expert in the field of conversational AI and ethics.
After working in international industrial companies and agencies, she specialised in research on chatbots and has been doing her doctorate at the University of Fribourg since 2022. In addition to her academic work as a lecturer at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, she supports companies as a consultant in the strategic implementation of AI projects. Her focus is on the ethically responsible use of Generative AI. She is also actively involved in the fight against greenwashing and acts as an advisor to several innovative companies.

1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?
I talk about the topics:
- Artificial intelligence in companies
- Chatbots and voicebots
- Careful and sustainable use of artificial intelligence
- Ethics and artificial intelligence
- Useful tips for ChatGPT and co.
In principle, there is no industry focus. However, many enquiries come from the healthcare or financial sectors.
2. Which audiance or which branch do you reach with your speech?
A very broad audience. Everyone who is interested in new technologies and trends.
Sometimes I speak in front of management or CEOs.
But it can also be NGOs or associations.
I’ve also spoken to the Federal Council and taken part in a round table discussion with the Federal Council.
I am also often invited to speak in the finance or healthcare sectors.
3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?
I already hosted city events in my home town when I was 18 and took part in the children’s circus as a child.
It motivates me to be on stage and to share my own knowledge with others. In the course of my work as a chartered artist, researcher and lecturer, I have gained a lot of practical and scientific experience. I like to pass on this experience during my presentations. In doing so, I always adapt to the target group without losing my own personality. Positive thinking, a bit of humour and a lot of openness and enthusiasm are simply part of Sophie.
4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?
I live every moment as if it could be the last. I only put a few things off until the future. If I want to do a motorboat licence, I do it, even if I don’t actually have the time.
And even if I don’t plan too far into the future, I look forward to the next day every evening – anticipation is the greatest joy.
