Interview with Leonie Weber:
1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?
I am a trainer and speaker and cover a very broad spectrum of key topics. I convey my content with a scientific background as well as practical insights and always with a pinch of humor.
In my talks, I offer approaches to life and work strategies for success and well-being and show how to be happy AND successful despite an increasingly challenging working world.
With my expertise in artificial intelligence and ethics, I like to motivate my audiences to immerse themselves in the new technology landscape of our time while gaining an awareness of the responsibility that comes with the use of new technologies.
I am only too happy to share my passion for networking, communication skills and personal impact while providing valuable insights on how to build and maintain sustainable relationships in professional life as well.
I am also an advocate for female leadership and empowerment, inspiring people to discover their own power to excel in leadership roles and shape the business world not only with competence but also with confidence.
In my presentations around generational dynamics in the workplace, I highlight the challenges and opportunities that arise from the interaction between Gen Z and Millennials and Baby Boomers and offer strategies to navigate the dynamics of the modern workplace.
2. Which audience or which branch do you reach with your speech?
My talks are characterized by a universal approach that connects generations and appeals to a broad audience. My content is carefully tailored to inspire and motivate both the younger generation at the beginning of their careers and experienced professionals looking for new perspectives.
With topics ranging from personal development to the challenges of digital ethics, I offer insights that transcend industry boundaries and resonate across sectors such as education, healthcare, technology and more. My ability to translate complex concepts into understandable and actionable strategies makes my presentations a valuable experience for anyone striving for change and growth.
3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?
I stand for a new way of thinking that focuses not only on knowledge, but also on tools and practical applicability. As a premium speaker, I inform, inspire and empower – a true asset to any event or organization striving for sustainable change.
I work as an expert on culture, change and communication for thyssenkrupp. My work there, as well as my research on flow states, demonstrates a deep understanding of the nuances of human experience and organizational dynamics. As a graduate of soon to be three degree programs – Philosophy, Politics and Economics, Ethics and Organization, and General Management – I have a broad academic foundation that I bring to life in my presentations.
As a trained coach and consultant as well as a SCRUM Master, I draw on a wealth of experience from various professional backgrounds – from marketing to the German Institute for Economic Research and change management. At the age of 29, I can look back on a career spanning 10 years of professional experience, supplemented by countless further training courses, including as a Digital Transformation Manager.
My presentations are not only informative but also inspiring as I combine my extensive knowledge with practical insights and personal experience. I stand for quality, innovation and a fresh perspective, which makes me the first choice for events that want to leave a lasting impression.
4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?
In my world, time is not just a clock, but a compass that shows the way through constant change. Transformation, transgenerational understanding, new technologies and ways of working, communication and personal development are topics that are timeless and yet become ever more relevant in the constant flow of time.
The future will bring a landscape in which the topics I stand for will not become less important, but more important. They are not flash in the pan, but fundamental pillars in a professional world that is characterized by constantly changing and growing demands. The consistency in my profession lies in the continuous need to keep my finger on the pulse – to constantly educate myself, adapt and integrate the latest developments.
I understand that the only constant in the future is change itself. My talks are therefore more than just presentations; they are signposts to a future that we shape together.
5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?
Yes you can.
