Digital X 2024 – No one can replace the human being

Digital X 2024 in Cologne has already been over for two days, but the many exciting encounters with great people as well as the informative and inspiring discussions will be remembered fondly.

There were forward-looking topics on all 5 stages in Cologne. The main stage in the Mediapark and the four themed stages throughout the city. Cologne became a festival city with over 40,000 people interested in and committed to digitalization in Germany.

And we were right in the middle of it all with Premium Speakers. We were able to help shape the program with some personalities and contribute to the success of Digital X 2024. Even with personalities who don’t know much about digitalization and artificial intelligence, but were and still are successful “old school”.

During these two days, I also gave a lot of thought to the “speaker agency of the future” and what it could look like in the age of AI, Gen AI, blockchain and the metaverse. And after several discussions with IT and AI experts, we kept coming to the same conclusion: No AI can replace humans and perfect service.

With three essential points, we can maintain our leading position in the global competition of speaker agencies:

Point 1 – People must be able to make personal contact with us. No company books a personality, speaker or expert from a catalog or in the Metaverse.

Point 2 – Ladies and gentlemen are serving ladies and gentlemen: The way we work together is an important dealmaker or dealbreaker. Appreciative cooperation at eye level, both with the corporate customer and with the personality who is to be booked, both of whom are customers of ours.

Point 3 – XaaS – Everything as a Service. Products are interchangeable. Websites and platforms are static and provide information, which of course has to be correct. But it’s about the daily service: before the booking, during the booking phase, after the booking, in logistics, the briefing, the technical equipment for the stage through to the billing process. The service concept must be lived so that everyone feels they are in good hands.

What is our role and our focus: Using our know-how and expertise to provide corporate clients with the best possible speakers and experts to make their events a success for customers, partners and/or employees.

And that’s what we work on. Every day. With and through us, events become better. With commitment, joy, focus and human intelligence.
