Bianca-Maria Klein in interview:

1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Bianca-Maria Klein:

My lectures are about:

  • Transformation processes in companies
  • Expectation management
  • Targeted and clear communication
  • What it means to become and remain a leader
  • Dealing with uncertainty and helplessness
  • Perspective on change
  • Find your “What for”

2. Which audiance or which branch do you reach with your speech?

Bianca-Maria Klein:

Positions (this can be HR departments for personnel development, sales managers, communication managers, etc.) are even more genuinely interested in and committed to a anagement of expectations (of all stakeholders), further education, personal development, truly solution-oriented and clear communication and a healthy lifestyle and work style of the employees through my offers (lectures and coaching and workshops).

I also want to reach genuine, authentic leaders and employees who want support for themselves or for a healthy collaboration / teamwork in their teams.

My passion, since I was a child, is the medical industry (healthcare, medical technology and pharmaceutical industry) and I am happy to work with companies in this field. But since it is about people and individuals, with whom a transformation always begins and ends, my approach is also interesting for every other sector or company: It is always about involving the employees in a constructive and solution-oriented way, so that the successes can be achieved together. And for this, in my experience, the approach of successful expectation management, change management and appreciative communication is relevant everywhere and can always be used where people meet and want to achieve something together.

3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?

Bianca-Maria Klein:

My passion has always been languages, communication and interaction with other people. For me, the way via the stage or lectures means that I can convey my accumulated knowledge, my ideas, my many years of experience and my personal enthusiasm to many people at the same time. Also about empathy, interest for others and my emotions. In addition, the possibility to get into direct contact with the audience during or after a lecture with question and answer sessions means enthusiasm, energy – and above all quality of life – and makes this profession so valuable and important to me. I love discussing my clients’ corporate cultures, leaders, and shared values, developing solutions with presentations, and working with individuals who share similar values and lifestyles.

I take my knowledge and enthusiasm for corporate transformation processes from over 20 years of professional experience in the international international medical technology and pharmaceutical industry, many international management positions and tasks, various residences around the world, many travels and my 45 years of life experience, as a strong woman who grew up with two cultures, speaks several languages and has grown through many challenges of “normal” life.

4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?

Bianca-Maria Klein:

I am a positive, solution-oriented and confident woman, who always looks with trust in the future, and yet remains realistic and pragmatic. My many experiences, especially in the area of change processes and change management have shown that a change of perspective (sometimes supported from the outside) and the targeted positive approach always provides the answers and not only solves challenges, but also brings insights.

In my opinion, the art of a successful business is always to give genuine interest to each individual employee, to use the insights and challenges in change processes, to learn from them and to strive for a deeper meaning. Time is a decisive factor here: time that is dedicated to the employee (again and again). Steadiness, on the other hand, I see in the fact that we get the opportunity to grow steadily, to change something steadily and that privately or professionally. Either with imparted (applied) knowledge (also through keynotes) or with support in groups or in individual counseling.

The topic “expectations” and the healthy handling of them shows exactly this, because we can constantly grow in our communication and find new ways to question the expectations of others or to others in order to feel less pressure in the future. Constant communication and constant interest in others is the prerequisite for a successful, healthy, for-one-another and a successful business. The 3 areas for which the expectation management and a successful transformation always start are: Company Culture, Leadership Style and Communication. Here the dedicated time is important and a steady growth is absolutely necessary.

5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?

Bianca-Maria Klein:

Transformation begins and ends with the employees!

For me, this means: develop more and authentic interest for the employees and also people in your private environment. Also: be courageous when it comes to changes and decisions – and expose these, as I call them “killers of happiness and success” – namely expectations that we constantly and always have when people meet.

Life is too short, too precious and too unique to waste time struggling with unresolved, high expectations and fear of change. The interest in other people, in other ways of seeing and living make it easier to dissolve expectations and thus have much more success in teams or with colleagues. Nature also shows us, change is necessary and inevitable. And that’s what it’s all about, in my opinion and experience: to constantly change this world, in the best case to improve it, to lead healthy and good relationships, privately or professionally!

A healthy, appreciative and yet clear communication – with oneself and with others – is the basis for this for and with each other…and I love to communicate with people and to suggest and convey exactly this.
