Which audience or which branch do you reach with your speech?
Everybody can learn something from my experience, success and hunger for more. In the end the focus is always on the human-being – it doesn't matter in which branch or department we work. We live and learn from all of us.

I get my insights out of my life, my career, my experience and my knowledge. I studied mankind and history – that showed me many things. Above all: I stayed curious.
What will be in the future? Does 'time' play an important role in your work?
History repeats itself, technology made enourmous progress-in all areas but the human being is still an animal – a caveman. There is so much unexploited potential in us human beings – that is what we need to focus on in the future.
What is your life motto? What would you like to give your listeners on the way?
Next to my years of experience I want to give my audience tips and tricks on how to manage life, job and family successfully and happy. My credo: Be open to new ideas but don't verzettel yourself! With a clear focus and childish enthusiasm almost everything is possible.
