1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Frédéric Mathier:

For most companies in the current time, it is not only about better prices, but for many it is about existence. In my opinion, negotiation is one of the most underestimated skills in business. Not negotiating does not solve anything. Not negotiating does not solve problems.

In my presentations I give my best negotiation tips and inspire the audience with exciting experiences. I cover various topics such as contract and price negotiations from everyday business life and show situations and negotiation tips to master negotiations successfully.

My purpose is to inspire and motivate the audience so that they go home feeling like they can do it and just try the tips the next time they negotiate.

In over 10 years as a Purchasing Manager and Strategic Buyer, I have learned the negotiation trade from the ground up. I have conducted more than 2500 business negotiations and concluded contracts and projects worth several hundred million CHF. Today, several SMI companies and leading SMEs rely on my expertise. I advise and guide these companies through difficult negotiations by defining the strategy and tactics with them and supporting them with my knowledge and experience.

My passion is to share my experience and knowledge with entrepreneurs, sales and purchasing executives. Be it as a consultant, trainer or coach. With a lot of energy and the attitude “everything is negotiable”, I will help your company to negotiate successfully.

4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?

Frédéric Mathier:

All of life, especially in a business context, is negotiation. It is always about value and tactics if you want to achieve negotiation goals. Be it in your role as a salesperson, entrepreneur or in a management position. The current economic situation shows it: many companies are not only concerned about better prices, but their existence is at stake. It is therefore important to win the difficult negotiations in business.

5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?

Frédéric Mathier:

Everything is negotiable! Negotiation is one of the most underestimated skills in business. The good news is, negotiating is a craft that can be learned.
