What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Jakob Hager:

Everyone is talking about “digitalization”, but hardly anyone knows what that really means in practice. Especially in online marketing and the effective use of social media, many companies are still lagging behind. I teach entrepreneurs and managers how to set up and optimize social media sales funnels with a clear focus on measuring and controlling customer acquisition.

Only businesses with a clear digital positioning, which do not treat online marketing as a side project, but as a central part of their customer acquisition policy will remain competitive 15 years from now. I explain in my workshops and lectures, how companies can get their employees ready for online marketing and use performance marketing successfully in practice.

Which audience or which branch do you reach with your speech?

Jakob Hager:

I address entrepreneurs and anyone with an entrepreneurial mindset. In my workshops and lectures I provide practical strategies and added value for business leaders, who want to get their marketing future-proof, as well as for individuals, who want to make their dreams come true by starting their own online business.

Why are you a Premium Speaker? Where do you get your insights from?

Jakob Hager:

I’am talking based on my own experience as founder of several successful software companies and an online marketing agency. I coach entrepreneurs through their digital transformation. The core of my knowledge about online marketing stems from my time in San Francisco, where I learnt Facebook and Google performance marketing and ran the marketing campaigns for an NBA club. My performance marketing agency manages more than 5 million € annual budget for its clients, which are mainly in the US and the German speaking area.

What will be in the future? Does 'time' play an important role in your work?

Jakob Hager:

Today, a large proportion of all people make purchasing decisions online or at least obtain information on the Internet before making a purchase. In the next 15-20 years, almost the entire population will consist of people who actively use or have used digital technologies in one form or another in their professional lives. These people are usually familiar with social media, Internet research and constant connectivity through smartphones in their private lives.

For businesses, these trends mean that online marketing must be an essential part of any customer acquisition strategy. However, most companies are currently poorly prepared. If they use Internet marketing at all, they often do so without any plan, without a coherent strategy and without measurable results. Small and medium-sized companies as well as large corporations must make online marketing a central component of their overall corporate strategy in order to survive on the market against the competition.

Jakob Hager:

Many businesses stay behind on digitalization because they waste too much time looking for the perfect solution. However, the world belongs to the doers and optimizers.
