A conversation about change, responsibility – and the courage to embrace new perspectives on ageing.

Interview with Jennifer Sieglar:

1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Jennifer Sieglar:

My keynote speeches focus on evidence-based strategies for health, longevity, and prevention – with a particular emphasis on women’s needs. I demonstrate how scientific findings in nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, supplements, and psychosocial factors can be applied in everyday life to maintain performance and quality of life into old age. I combine journalistic clarity, personal experience, and practical tips that can be implemented immediately.

2. Which audiance or which branch do you reach with your speech?

Jennifer Sieglar:

I address a wide audience – from companies seeking to invest in the health and performance of their teams, to organizations and conferences in the fields of medicine, nutrition, sports, and prevention.

My speeches are aimed at executives, HR and health managers, as well as anyone looking to improve their quality of life and slow down the aging process. My insights are particularly relevant for industries with high performance demands that want to promote sustainable, healthy work practices.

3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?

Jennifer Sieglar:

I combine over 15 years of experience in moderation and journalism with in-depth, evidence-based research. For my latest book Einfach nicht altern? (“Simply Not Aging?”), I co-authored with my husband Tim Schreder, analyzing more than 300 scientific studies and interviewing leading longevity researchers worldwide.

My expertise stems from this extensive research, close collaboration with experts in medicine, sports and nutrition science – and from my own practice as an athlete and mother.

As a Premium Speaker, I deliver clear, inspiring, and actionable insights that motivate people to take charge of their health.

4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?

Jennifer Sieglar:

In my journalistic work, time plays a crucial role in two ways: On the one hand, daily news reporting demands quick reactions, precise decisions, and the ability to make complex topics understandable in a very short time. On the other hand, my focus on health and longevity has taught me to think long-term – to consciously invest in fitness, healthy routines, and decisions that will only show their full impact years or even decades from now.

For me, both matter: making the most of every single day while building a strong foundation for many healthy and fulfilling years ahead.

5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?

Jennifer Sieglar:

My promise: Everyone who listens to my talk will gain extra years of life – measurably so. For some, it may be a few additional years; for others, even more than 20 if they manage to implement several of the strategies I present.

It’s 20 minutes well invested: If just 20 minutes of listening can give you many extra years of healthy life and quality of living, it’s worth paying attention – and taking action.
