As soon as the spotlights are off, the stage programme finished and the canapés eaten, “normal life” begins again. Empty airports, cold train stations and many journeys through the night on the motorways.
I always look forward to these car journeys, because my companions have previously been on stage as “Sportsman of the Year”, “Entrepreneur of the Year” or “Former President…”. Now it’s just the two of us travelling, with the occasional bodyguard in the back seat, and then the personal conversations about work, family and hobbies begin.
Inspiration, discretion, vulnerabilities, friendships and long-life learning are the topics that drive and motivate me again and again. Conversations that simply happen and whose content never reaches the outside world.
That is also one of the reasons why I have been able to build and develop The Premium Speakers Agency over the years. I am grateful for these opportunities and the chance to support so many partners in creating successful congress and event formats.
