Unfortunately, we would often get lost in day to day routines instead of taking the time to prepare ourselves for important meetings. However, preparation according to her, is key for success in negotiations. In addition, a touch of coolness would be needed and the ability to leave emotions behind and watch and listen instead.

And then, when the timing is just right, we could make the final move and start the showdown. Negotiating, she says, needed some good nerves, a bit of talent and foremost a lot of exercise. Which she surely brings along.
