What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Anne-Marie Flammersfeld:

In my illustrated lectures I describe many impressions, experiences and insights from my competitions as an ultra-trail runner and sports scientist: How do I keep up such a stretch, how do I manage to motivate myself, which strategies are successful? And what are the parallels to everyday life and working life? As a Personal Trainer I have to motivate my clients to go beyond their limits to improve the level of fitness. On the one side it is the body that gets fitter. On the other side it is the mind that gets stronger. And when you realize what you can achieve with training you are able to achieve more in life. When you know how to manage to run the distance of a marathon you have more experiences and skills to surf through your daily life. Sports enriches your life while doing it.

• Create enthusiasm and ignite passion: against internal motivation there is no medicine!
• Leaving the comfort zone: Do you always have to search for limits?
• Mental Training: The head as the crucial engine
• Recognize and then kill crises and doubts
• Flow-Running: running is very easy!
• Parallels to everyday life: good times, bad times and the wise insights for life
• Training planning: just start running or rather plan?
• Realization: Run 250 kilometers through a desert to get to know yourself better
• Preparation with Special Task Team
• Nutrition before and in competition
• Equipment for Ultratrail-Running Events

Which audience or which branch do you reach with your speech?

Anne-Marie Flammersfeld:

It is important to me that my audience understands the passion for something “what is not quite ordinary” and emotionally empathizes with it. My audience may come from all industries. Sport connects and creates a quick transfer into the everyday life of all professions.

Why are you a Premium Speaker? Where do you get your insights from?

Anne-Marie Flammersfeld:

I believe in the things I do and I always want to try new things. These experiences enrich my life and allow me in my job as a Personal Trainer to motivate and coach my clients. I believe in the power of inner motivation and in the joy when you do things with passion. True enthusiasm knows no limit.

What will be in the future? Does 'time' play an important role in your work?

Anne-Marie Flammersfeld:

You can practice Running anywhere in the world and it does not need any prior experience. Even in old age you can start walking or jogging. Running is absolutely timeless for me. Running gives life more time. With Running the body can create energy you need to see things clear and in a different way.

What is your life motto? What would you like to give your listeners on the way?

Anne-Marie Flammersfeld:

It’s always worth it to get yourself moving. Only if you have really tried something, you know how it feels. Breaking new limits and leaving the comfort zone can be exhausting, but it contributes to personal growth.
Motion creates freedom to look at things differently. You should start to leave the comfort zone because you only can win.
To be in motion also drives the mind to think differently. And that creates new perspectives.
