Interview with David Hablützel:

1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

David Hablützel:

1: Generation Z (digital natives): What characterizes Gen Z, what do they want, and how can you engage them (employees or customers)? Insights into their everyday life and mindset from a pro athlete of the gen-z.

2: Resilience: My career was characterized by long breaks due to injury, which set me back time and again, but ultimately made me stronger. These experiences helped me to develop new mental skills and get back to the top of the world as currently best European ranked in the Halfpipe. This talk is particularly suitable for team and staff events when not everything goes according to plan and guide as a motivation

3: From Setbacks to Self Leadership: Self leadership as the key to success and overcoming challenges. Integral leadership begins with oneself and leads to the full development of potential.

4: Dealing with stress, how to cope successfully in stressful situations.

2. Which audience or which branch do you reach with your speech?

David Hablützel:

My speeches and workshops are ideal for all industries that share a passion for sport and peak performance or strive for peak performance themselves. They are particularly recommended for companies that want to strengthen their teams in the areas of motivation, resilience and self-management.

I offer the topic of generation-z both as a keynote and as an interactive workshop. This workshop is particularly popular in the banking and finance, consumer goods, real estate and healthcare sectors. It is ideal for promoting cross-generational communication within long-established companies where I share experiences and knowledge as one of them.

Companies and organizations looking for new ways to inspire their employees and improve their internal communication will find valuable inspiration in my presentations.

3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?

David Hablützel:

I am a PREMIUM SPEAKER because I tell authentic stories from my life as a professional freestyle halfpipe snowboarder. Through my own experiences with physical injuries and mental challenges, I have learned valuable lessons that I am happy to share.

I have been sharing my insights publicly for four years now and am regularly booked, of course in alignment with my competition calendar. I have gained my knowledge through mentors and coaches, as I have long pursued the path of public speaking as a second career alongside professional sport.

I am a PREMIUM SPEAKER because I can captivate audiences and encourage them to think. My speeches are inspiring and offer practical insights for overcoming your own challenges.

4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?

David Hablützel:

In the coming years, I will continue to compete actively in snowboard freestyle and represent Switzerland at world championships and the Winter Olympics. In addition to my active career as an pro athlete, I will be increasingly doing more as a speaker, as I completed my Bachelor degree in global economics two years ago and now have more time for this valuable addition.

Time plays an important role in my profession. As a speaker, I will continue to give talks and possibly increase the volume when my sports career ends one day.

5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?

David Hablützel:

“Take control of your life and focus on what you can control.”

With this attitude, I have managed to be successful in sport and achieve great performance at three Olympic Games and countless other events.
