Interview with Eva Elisa Schneider

1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Eva Elisa Schneider:

My keynotes revolve around mental health, psychology and how we can create workplaces that support mental wellbeing and make people thrive.

Mental health affects all of us – Covid has shown us that mental health is an inherent part of everyday life and that companies have an immense impact when it comes to employee well-being. Your workplace can influence your mental health both positively and negatively. Absenteeism, presenteeism, skill shortage, the great resignation – we can actively counteract these issues if we focus more on employee wellbeing.

For a long time, the topic has been trivialized as a nice-to-have benefit, but today we know that mental health is a must-have for each and every modern organization. Sadly, talking mental health is still a huge taboo, which is why we have to put in extra efforts to address our inner stigma and biases. My work focusses on how to break the stigma, how to promote mental health in the workplace and which ingredients it takes to establish psychologically safe teams. With my extensive and unique expertise as a psychotherapist, scientist, and former leader, I know what truly moves people, how we achieve long lasting change and how we can discuss even sensitive issues in an empathetic and effective way.

Mental health is my huge passion and you will immediately notice that in my keynotes: My style is authentic, approachable and positive, so that it is always inspiring and fun to listen!

2. Which audiance or which branch do you reach with your speech?

Eva Elisa Schneider:

My keynotes are a great match for companies, conferences or events of any size as long as you actively want to address the topic of mental health. One of my great skills is to inspire both newcomers and experts – no one will come up short and there will be takeaways for everyone in the audience.

3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?

Eva Elisa Schneider:

I am one of the leading minds in Germany when it comes to mental health in the workplace. I bring extensive expertise from different fields, be it psychotherapy, science or business. My ambition is to perform excellently – my work is characterized by very high quality and that is exactly why I am a PREMIUM speaker.

You will notice my passion for mental health right away, which is why my keynotes are easy and fun to listen to. I know what makes people tick and how much potential we can unleash if we focus more on the human side of business. In addition to my work as a speaker, I am also active as a facilitator, lecturer and mentor. This is how I learn, grow, and draw new impulses to pass them on to my audience.

4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?

Eva Elisa Schneider:

It is impossible to imagine our future working world without mental health. Therefore, the topic absolutely hits the zeitgeist. Even though human beings have always had a psyche, only now are we realizing that we need to pay more attention to mental health beyond the mere private space.

5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?

Eva Elisa Schneider:

There is no health without mental health!
