German Ramirez:

I am an entrepreneur and digital pioneer, who started driving digital transformation and innovation in 1996, years before Google was founded. I started public speaking in 1998 and ever since have been trying to inspire, provoke and energize thousands of attendants to countless conferences, seminars and lectures. Hence, I am considered a visionary thought leader. My inspiration comes from being an out-of-the-box thinker with restless curiosity and instinct for business innovation and trends.

What will be in the future? Does "time" play an important role in your work?

German Ramirez:

Time plays a huge role in my area. The cycles for innovation and transformation get shorter and shorter. The number of business impacting and changing factors grow constantly. In other words: We are not only facing permanent transformation, but also a constant acceleration of change and increased complexity. My advantage is, that I have been pioneering the field for over 20 years. Therefore I have developed a proven instinct about the right direction, which I am passionately happy to share.
