What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Karsten Kaie:

On the one hand, humour as the basis for happiness and success. On the other hand the behaviour of people in private and in business. How do business types work? What does body language, rhetoric and the way of communicating reveal about individual people, but also about an entire company? How can I rekindle my passion and enthusiasm for my job over decades?

Which audience or which branch do you reach with your speech?

Karsten Kaie:

Leaders or young professionals, small family businesses or large international companies. Every company is happy when it is entertained for an hour in a demanding way, can laugh for an hour and takes along a sector-specific thought-provoking impulse.

Why are you a Premium Speaker? Where do you get your insights from?

Karsten Kaie:

Because after more than three decades on stage with over 4000 performances I still burn with boundless passion and enthusiasm for my job. Because I want to make you laugh about the secret of how to entertain other people in a captivating way, and also to pass on content to you.

What will be in the future? Does 'time' play an important role in your work?

Karsten Kaie:

“Comedy comes from tragedy plus time” is a famous saying. As a hopeless optimist, I hope that the future will soon become the present so that I can entertain people for a long time to come and make them laugh.

What is your life motto? What would you like to give your listeners on the way?

Karsten Kaie:

I have a two-year-old daughter and have noticed when we play together, so it is on the same level. Then I’m just happy. I put this childlike happiness in a safe every evening, unlock it in the morning and take it with me into everyday life.

"To be amazed and to share."
