Therefore it also is a matter of connecting the matters with the human factors.

Which audience or which branch do you reach with your presentation?

As a moderator I maintain a neutral position. I guide and support the speeches and discourses of the people on stage. It is my task to act in accordance with the respective audience and with the customers` requirements. Depending on the occasion this can be in a light and entertaining way, or sometimes questioning one`s counterpart.

Why are you a Premium Speaker? Where do you get your insights from?

Kiki Maeder:

The work in front of the camera thought me how to be present without losing my authenticity and the theatre world taught me the craft of captivating a disperse audience. Furthermore as a partner of an event-agency I can fully understand the needs of my clients and respond them.

What will be in the future? Does 'time' play an important role in your work?

Kiki Maeder:

The evolution of our societiy is progressing in a rapid speed, especially the technological transition. We face very exciting and challenging times in all aspects of life. I counteract this development with special attention and curiosity to always stay an active member of society – as an individual, and particularly as a moderator.

What is your life motto? What would you like to give your listeners on the way?

Kiki Maeder:

These words are hanging framed on my office-wall. They`re simple, but they keep me aware: „This is the beginning of a new day. You have been given this day to use as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever. In its place is something that you have left behind. Let it be something good.” (unknown)
