Luca Emilio Wilms in interview:
1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?
The topics of my keynotes are very various. The spectrum ranges from the Generation Z over digital trends like Roblox or virtual influencer. I also speak about marketing topics like community management on TikTok or how brands can take place on TikTok. Gladly I also speak about my time as a scholarship holder from the German Parliament, “Bundestag”, in the United States.
2. Which audience or which branch do you reach with your speech?
Any company wishing to acquire new knowledge in the above keynote area and want to think out of the box is the perfect match!
3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?
I think what sets me apart and thus makes me a premium speaker is my age. Unlike many speakers, I talk about topics that concern me and that I represent 100%. I am part of Generation Z and represent them. I also belong to the so-called digital natives and am natively connected to social media and AI. I take my knowledge from various work experiences in an agency, startups, and my time in the USA.
4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?
Time plays an important role in my work and in the topics, I talk about and deal with. I talk about and deal with. Especially the time that lies in the future because I am firmly convinced that companies now must herald the change for the new generation must usher in. In 20 years, Generation Z will be sitting on top boards of directors and AI will be our daily companion. You have to be prepared for these steps.
5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?
Where there is a will, there is a way! I’m firmly convinced that if you want something and have a goal, you can also achieve this goal. For example, I want to go to the States, but I couldn’t afford a year abroad, so I fought hard to get a fully paid scholarship. I feel the same way when you start a business. Where there’s a will, there’s a way. The only thing is that the way is not always pleasant and easy, but nobody said that. Important is not to let small failures get you down. They will come, but you can also compensate for them.
