Michael Langheinrich – the “5 Premium Speakers Questions”

01. September 2023 – Mandy Weinand

Michael Langheinrich supports organisations, teams, entrepreneurs and self-employed people in achieving personal peak performance. He helps identify and overcome challenges, achieve results and get through difficult times. In doing so, he draws on his experience as a stockbroker, entrepreneur and player in the field of marketing & sales, which he incorporates into workshops, face-to-face meetings or as a keynote speaker.

For more than a quarter of a century, he has been helping people to improve their professional careers. He supports them in making everyday life more successful and in realising their individual ideas and dreams.

Michael Langheinrich in interview:

1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Michael Langheinrich:

The pivotal point of my work is to create lectures and trainings that consist of impulses and learnings that are close to the present and applicable. I only focus on areas where we can have a promising influence in adulthood to bring about development and growth. Therefore, the core topics of my lectures are the strengthening of willpower and self-discipline, the training of cognitive flexibility and mental strength, as well as error culture and problem solving.

2. Which audiance or which branch do you reach with your speech?

Michael Langheinrich:

I accompany organisations, teams, entrepreneurs and self-employed people to personal bests, help identify and overcome problems, achieve results and overcome crises. My expertise comes partly from what I have seen in the world and experienced and moved in professional times.

3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?

Michael Langheinrich:

For more than a quarter of a century, I have been supporting and accompanying people to make them stronger and better in their professional lives, in their everyday lives and for their individual ideas and desires, so that they can realise their life’s journey unhindered.

I pass on my experiences from life as a stockbroker, as an entrepreneur and actor in marketing & sales, to other people. I am a people watcher. And that, I can channel very well. In lectures, speeches, trainings and face-to-face environments.

4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?

Michael Langheinrich:

What companies really need today is not knowledge, but skills. Because knowledge can be acquired. If need be, it can be googled. Of course knowledge is important. But it no longer essentially determines who is ahead in the future competition. People are unequal when it comes to ability. Skill sticks to ability. In contrast to knowledge, which is relatively easy to pass on. Growth, sales, project work and leadership are typical areas in a company in which only experts will provide groundbreaking services in the future.

5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?

Michael Langheinrich:

“Life is a journey, not a race. Each of us has our own unique journey in life and there is no right pace or way to complete this journey.”
