Paul Wilhelm von Preussen in an interview

1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Paul Wilhelm von Preussen:

My core topic is the young generation. It is particularly important to me to explain how digital natives think and act, and how to deal with this generation under New Leadership aspects. I deal intensively with the trends and tools of Generation Z and present those new tools, products and concrete approaches to implementation in my presentations, such as the Reverse Mentoring Program.

It is also particularly important for me to explain the importance of social media for executives. Under the motto “The Social CEO”, I emphasize why in the near future social media know-how will become a hiring criterion for every employee.

2. Which audience or which branch do you reach with your speech?

Paul Wilhelm von Preussen:

“One meter of change at the top brings hundreds of meters at the base.”, which makes it crucial for me to primarily reach HR decision-makers, board members and executives. However, the topic is interesting for everyone, because everyone will sooner or later be confronted with the young generation at their workplace. Therefore, the target group for this topic is incredibly diverse. From employees of the Catholic Church, who want to create new offerings for the members of the future, to the DAX board member of the Bundestag who wants to learn more about young people’s social media usage (and what is expected of him) to the HR department head in a medium-sized businesses who is gearing up for the “war for talents”.

3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?

Paul Wilhelm von Preussen:

For nine years, I held a wide variety of positions in a major German bank, most recently as the assistant to the executive board member responsible for Sales and Human Resources. I know today’s challenges for managers from my own experience. My family background gives me an understanding of grown structures and traditional environments. But as a digital native who has built a network of hundreds of young talents with his company, I also have access to the other side. I have accompanied digital business models, know the issues of the younger generations and have also been entrusted with topics of the future on an international level.

4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?

Paul Wilhelm von Preussen:

A) A generation that places new demands on companies and the labor market.
B) Direct communication channels for executives.
C) An even greater need for authenticity and lived values.

5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?
