In a professional sailing sport campaign there are many topics between man, nature and technology. You could talk about them for hours. But I want to put it in a nutshell for you!
Sailing is fascinatingly versatile and there are infinitely many exciting topics and stories. That’s what makes sailing so attractive. No two days are the same. Every hour there is a new challenge.
An impulse lecture, however, should appeal to people emotionally and motivate them as long as they are fully concentrated. One reason why an impulse lecture should not be much longer than 90 minutes. Therefore I recommend you to find a certain selection of topics. I will then describe these individually for your team.
What will be in the future? Does 'time' play an important role in your work?
We use the energy of nature with the most innovative technology with the most efficient teamwork in an exemplary way. What we are now building with our teams will influence the future of mobility. We do not just racing a yacht. It is the perspective and challenge as such that motivates us again and again!
Time is on our side, because we influence the future. That makes a lot of fun. We want to think ahead and act. In this way of evolution and innovation, we allow mistakes. Because these are very important experiences that only make us better.
An efficient and systematic analysis of the experiences also avoids the emergence of conflicts. Only those who dare can win. If everyone joins in, that’s the crowning achievement of teamwork.
