What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Tim Cortinovis:

There are mainly two exciting aspects. Firstly, the technology, and secondly, the people who are successful with the technology. So: AI and automation in sales: what does the technology look like? What is already possible and useful with ChatGPT, Gemini, Metaverse and blockchain? What will be possible in the near future with AI agents and avatars? And of course: mindset in digital sales. The attitudes and approaches that make employees successful in digital sales.

Which audience or which branch do you reach with your speech?

Tim Cortinovis:

Depending on the topic, I mainly address the C-level and executives. For the topics “How can I make my daily work much easier with ChatGPT & Co” and “Mindset in digital sales”, I address all sales teams.

Why are you a Premium Speaker? Where do you get your insights from?

Tim Cortinovis:

I trigger something in the audience and manage to create a positive connection between the topic and the listeners. I achieve this with a lot of energy and my experience as a TV presenter and novelist (you have to be good at storytelling). I have been in sales for twenty years and have been dealing with digitalisation issues in this area for just as long. A lot of my insights are obvious when I put one and one together, such as “What happens when I connect artificial intelligence with a CRM system” (and I’ll be happy to show you what in the next presentation). I also do research directly for the books I write, such as So geht Vertrieb in Zukunft or Homo Automaticus.

What will be in the future? Does 'time' play an important role in your work?

Tim Cortinovis:

Time is the key factor. We can experience huge changes and, above all, help shape them. The future (and not the next 20 to 50 years, but rather the next 2 to 5 years) will bring amazing things. We are seeing the growing influence of technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality and voice interfaces everywhere. The first prototypes of assistants that we can talk to in natural language are here. And this will also have a huge impact on sales. We are currently seeing AI agents replacing the use of websites and people asking a chatbot about their next dream trip, for example, rather than surfing through catalogues.

What is your life motto? What would you like to give your listeners on the way?

Tim Cortinovis:

It’s important for me to be able to make a difference and make my contribution. Routine tasks are very boring and slow me down. I am convinced that technological changes can help us to be less concerned with routine and more with creating something new. And that helps us to reclaim the hero role that many in sales started out as.
