Interview with Victoria Neuhofer:
1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?
I speak about entrepreneurship that doesn’t just inspire – it truly makes a difference.
Whether it’s passive sustainability that finally feels cool, AI hacks that kill your to-do list, or founding companies with friends – I deliver real content with real impact.
As the 11th generation of a family business and founder of two start-ups, I know both sides: tradition and disruption, purpose and performance.
My topics range from scalable impact models and new leadership styles for Gen Z to passive income strategies and founding partnerships that last – even when things get tough.
With me, there are no buzzwords – just clear messages, structure, and a powerful punch.
For those who are done with empty talk – and ready for real impact.
2. Which audience or which branch do you reach with your speech?
I don’t target a specific age – I speak to a specific mindset.
My audience? Open-minded, curious, and ready for change. Whether Gen Z or Gen X, sidepreneur or CEO – if you’re ready to rethink business, you’ll feel seen and inspired by my talks.
Depending on the topic, I tailor my message to different groups:
-
Founders, start-ups, and accelerator programs come to me for honest insights on entrepreneurship, from idea to scale-up, passive income, and turning BFFs into CEOs.
-
Corporations, family businesses, and decision-makers value my ability to bridge tradition and start-up DNA, generational shifts and the future of leadership.
-
Impact brands, CSR teams, and sustainability officers appreciate my clarity on circular economy and passive sustainability – far beyond greenwashing.
-
Tech teams, innovation departments, and digital natives benefit from my practical take on AI for Hustlers – with real tools instead of buzzword bingo.
-
HR departments, training formats, and universities invite me to speak about New Work, Gen XYZ, and honest, relatable mindset talks that motivate.
-
Teams and leaders experience the raw side of entrepreneurship with me: mental load, courage, scaling, and self-leadership – unfiltered, but with intention.
I don’t just speak on stages – I spark movements. For everyone tired of the status quo – and ready to shape the economy of tomorrow.
3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?
Why am I a premium speaker? Because I don’t just talk about change – I live it.
As the founder of two start-ups, the 11th generation of a family business, and a speaker on international stages, I know entrepreneurship from every angle: from corporate strategy to crisis mode, from 2 Minutes 2 Millions to TEDx.
My knowledge doesn’t come from textbooks – it comes straight from the engine room of entrepreneurship: founding, scaling, crisis management, impact models, and AI strategies – all lived, endured, and executed.
And when theory is needed: I hold a degree in wood technology engineering, a master’s in entrepreneurship & innovation, and another in business administration. I combine deep academic expertise with real-world experience – delivered with conviction, clarity, and a sense of humor.
I know how to inspire people – because I genuinely believe in what I say. And that’s something you can feel.
In short: I’m not a buzzword speaker. I’m an entrepreneur with depth – and a clear mission: to rethink business. With impact, structure, and a whole lot of energy.
4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?
Absolutely – just not in the way you might think.
Time isn’t a luxury for me – it’s currency. When you’re building something, you can’t afford to wait. Not for the perfect moment. Not for outdated models. The future belongs to those who think fast, test boldly, and act immediately.
That’s where my strength lies: I bring structure into chaos. Whether it’s circular economy, AI, leadership, or side hustles – these topics are constantly evolving. And I evolve with them.
New cases, new tools, new systems – I continuously adapt my content, rethink frameworks, and deliver what’s truly relevant.
Because real entrepreneurship, for me, means not just adapting – but leading the way.
Bottom line:
The future isn’t coming someday. It’s already here. And if you don’t dance with it – it will run you over.
5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?
My life motto: “If you don’t try, you’re missing out.”
Why? Because too many people talk about the consequences of making a decision – but what about the consequences of not making one?
I believe: If you want to build, lead, or change something, you have to be willing to test, fail, learn, and improve.
Standing still? Not an option. Perfection? Even less.
That’s why my approach is simple: Decide. Do. Adjust.
I’d rather take a real learning than live with endless “what ifs.”
My message to every audience: Test it. Risk it. Learn fast. Then: keep going. Always keep going.
