Henriette Engbersen lived and worked in London from 2017 to 2022. She worked as a foreign correspondent for Swiss Radio and Television (SRF), providing live reports and features from all parts of the UK for programs such as Tagesschau, 10vor10, Rundschau, Eco and Club. She is not only familiar with Brexit and British politics, but has also observed and analyzed London’s financial center, economy, cultural life and monarchy.

In the fall of 2021, she completed further training at the University of Oxford in the “Women’s Leadership Development Programme” and as of May 2022, she is working as an executive searcher at Level Consulting AG in Zurich. In this new role, she not only has a detailed insight into business topics, developments and trends in the labor market, but also wants to be committed to diversity and women’s careers.

Raised in Thurgau, the native Dutchwoman graduated from the teacher training college in Kreuzlingen and then studied “Journalism & Communication” at the ZHAW in Winterthur.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2006, she first worked at Tele-Ostschweiz before moving to SRF in 2008. In 2016, Engbersen completed a master’s degree in “Visual Communication” at the ZHdK. Besides her main job as a journalist, she has always lectured courses and workshops in appearance skills and storytelling, among others at HSG, ETH, ZHdK or HKB.
