I had the opportunity to work for years with some of the world’s most powerful and influential people. My focus was bringing out the personal side of leaders and fostering their ability of emotional connection because it is the base of effective leadership. I realized that what I do and what I believe in, inspires people. Occupying myself with future trends and their impact on leadership, I want to propel leaders, so that they can manage complexity and shape the future for the good for all of us.
What will be in the future? Does "time" play an important role in your work?
Digitalization changes what we do, how we do it, why we do it and even who we are. New world needs new skills. Movers and shapers of the future will be able to lead with purpose. They offer orientation, belonging and meaning. Human skills are the key to a new way of leadership – one that is inspiring, creates room for creativity and connects people. Because this is what makes us different from machines.
