Felix Behm – The “5 Premium Speakers Questions”

30. March 2023 – Mandy Weinand

What makes the so-called “digital natives” tick? How can you win over Generation Z, those born between 1995 and 2010, for your company in the long term? What influences and engages today’s youth? Felix Behm will answer these questions in his presentations. The personnel officer and training manager and thus expert on GenZ knows what is important to young people and what they look for when choosing their employer.

Interview with Felix Behm, Keynote speaker on Generation Z:

1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Felix Behm:

Focus on Generation Z – How do I, as a manager or company, win over the digital natives born from 1995 onwards and retain them in the long term? It is about marketing, recruiting and development or leadership of young people. My presentations are also interesting for companies that want to win “Z” as consumers.

2. Which audiance or which branch do you reach with your speech?

Felix Behm:

  • 90% entrepreneurs, managers, personnel managers, executives
  • 10% marketing departments

3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?

Felix Behm:

I am German Champion in Public Speaking 2022 (Toastmasters International), Newcomer Finalist at the German Speakers Association 2021 competition), Keynote Speaker since 2016, member of three rhetoric clubs, the GSA as well as mentor at “Wir machen Redner” and “Germanys next Speaker Star”, owner of several podcasts and thus experienced moderator of live and online interviews, trainer since 2012, speaker for HR topics (in employment) since 2012.

4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?

Felix Behm:

The times are bringing drastic changes. Not only are digitization and AI an issue worldwide, but in Germany there will also be an enormous shortage of skilled workers in the coming years. Those companies that deal with this today and take the wishes and demands of the young Generation Z seriously will have significantly fewer problems than those that merely smile at them. Because the most important asset of companies is and remains: The employee.

5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?

Felix Behm:

Trust in advance is better than mistrust in advance.” – Get into communication with each other, be open for new things. This is the only way to master future challenges.
