Lisa Ramuschkat is a dedicated German presenter who has been active in web, TV and event formats since 2013. Her main focus is on sports topics, ranging from soccer and basketball to racing. In addition to her passion for sports, she has a keen interest in business topics, innovation and startups. With her own podcast “Team Lisa”, she focuses on highlighting inspiring women in sports. 1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?
In my talks, I focus on topics such as sport, female empowerment, investment and start-ups, as well as motivation.
2. Which audience or which branch do you reach with your speech?
My speeches are mainly aimed at audiences from the fields of sport, business and especially women who are interested in these topics.
3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?
I am a premium speaker, because throughout my ten years in the sports business I was able to collect diverse experiences, knowledge and skills to back my expertise. I made myself a name, built myself a brand and a durable network against all odds in this male dominated industry.
Whilst on this path I acquired a resilient mindset which now motivates me to reach all my ambitious goals. My professionalism and my high expectations towards myself paired with lightness, charisma and humor are characteristic for me and my work ethic.
4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?
Time does play a major role in sports and I feel like female hosts and presenters do have less of it in the industry/on front of the camera. This is why, I want to go all out within the next 7-10 years to make all my visions become reality. In Germany and beyond.
5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?
Life long learning!
With the right approach one never stops to develop and can draw something positive even from adversities and grow from challenging situations. This is how one can understand how possibilities in life are not only numerous but can be even abundant.
