After our visit to OMR 2025 in Hamburg, we added another day and held an exciting meeting with the core team of the MICE Service Group, LEADING MINDS and Premium Speakers.
We once again invited Dr Uve Samuels, founder and CEO of the Exponential Innovation Institute Hamburg, as a guest and coach, who is joining us for the second time to ask us questions and provide input that we don’t ask.
Why is there exponential growth in Silicon Valley and not here? How do the speaker agencies in the USA work and what can we learn from them? What does our current portfolio look like in 2025 and what should our target portfolio look like in 2030? Which services do we still want to use to earn money and offer added value? How do we create added value within our own companies? How can we network these even more closely and communicate them in marketing?
It was an exciting day with many communicative highlights and ideas that we are now starting to implement.
Why not set up our own quality label with a stamp: “Premium secured”. Or a completely new appearance as “SpeakFluencer”? Or we could organise a national roadshow with the “Premium Speakers Night”. We have no shortage of ideas and are now looking at what we want to implement in the autumn.
