Dominic von Proeck is a thought leader in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), entrepreneurship and neuroscience.
He is co-founder of Leaders of AI, a company that trains managers and executives in the practical application of AI technologies such as ChatGPT.
Dominic von Proeck has already founded several AI start-ups. One of his notable projects, Punk Inc, revolutionised leadership training through a “flight simulator” for future skills development and was later acquired by the WBS Group. Another company, BrainScent, uses AI to dispense scents designed to improve brain performance and relaxation.
Dominic’s goal is to decipher the neural code of the human brain in order to improve the acquisition of skills and make learning new skills such as leadership, languages or martial arts faster and more efficient. His work has made him a sought-after keynote speaker at international conferences.

1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?
I talk about specific use cases of ChatGPT & Co. always suitable for the industry of the company or event.
As part of our Leaders Lab, we regularly hold hackathons with experts from Microsoft, EY and Virtual Identity, among others, to explore the possibilities and limits of generative AI.
From automated podcasts in several languages and in your own voice to highly personalized newsletters and the first children’s series with AI, it is important to me to make the use of AI tangible and to break down the complexity of the technology.
I don’t find statistics and forecasts very useful in this context. Rather, proven approaches from practice.
2. Which audiance or which branch do you reach with your speech?
The topic of AI covers all industries right now. Accordingly, I speak at events in every sector. From automotive companies and insurance companies to fashion empires, my presentations are usually attended by executives.
3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?
In the last 10 years, I have co-founded 3 AI start-ups in the education sector. And sold the first one to the German market leader.
My mission as a translator was to make AI tangible and applicable for the many, which is why I also teach at Leuphana University and Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, have established pro bono projects in schools and I’m involved as a senator in the “Digital Future” and “Research & Education” committees.
4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?
AI is constantly changing. What is currently valid is considered obsolete 24 hours later. Nothing has ever moved as fast as ChatGPT & Co.
