4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?
The future holds all the possibilities for advancing and enhancing healthcare.
In my field, continuity is paramount as it instills a sense of security in medicine.
However, the future also presents the challenge of striking the right balance between time and continuity.
In medicine, both in the daily clinical setting and in our long-term vision for healthcare, time can be both an ally and a hindrance. Every second counts, especially in the care of severely injured patients, where we are racing against time. Healing, on the other hand, requires time and patience. The same applies to innovations: introducing them too early carries the risk of errors, but waiting too long means missing valuable opportunities for improvement.
As a speaker, I bring not only my experience and expertise in this field but also a passionate vision for a future-oriented healthcare system that embraces both continuity and innovation.
5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?
“Love it, change it, or leave it.”
Often, we find ourselves more as spectators than shapers in an ever-changing world around us. I aim to inspire each and every listener to recognise their own influence and actively embrace it.
