Happy Birthday LEADING MINDS – One year ago, Wolfram Sauer and I launched LEADING MINDS – The Agency of the Future. Initially planned as a complementary agency to The Premium Speakers Agency, LEADING MINDS developed into its own entity within the first four weeks with project inquiries that could be directly converted into projects.
From day one, Wolfram Sauer, sidepreneur and head of LEADING MINDS, and his team focused on channeling the requests on current topics and placing and curating the right experts and MINDS on the projects. From CSR, team transformation, digitalization projects, new work topics to innovation labs, the experts at LEADING MINDS are busy and in action every day.
Wolfram and I are members of the “5 o’clock club”. At 5 o’clock in the morning, we send a cheerful “hello” via WhatsApp from Berlin to Zurich and back. We’re both fit for the day and/or already on our way to the airport or train station. #leadingmindsontour
Plus the typical background noise of a successful start-up: brand building, website development, content creation, project management, lots of travel and experiencing Germany’s culture of envy up close when other agencies try to steal our know-how.
What is particularly exciting for Wolfram and me is that after just one year of LEADING MINDS, we are already in talks with large consulting firms and venture capitalists who would like to cooperate with LEADING MINDS and acquire shares. We feel honored and it shows us that we recognized the changes in the world of work early on and are shaping them with LEADING MINDS – The Agency for the Future.
