Interview with Martin Jucker:
1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?
I will be speaking on the topic of regenerative agriculture and nutrition and entrepreneurship using the example of Jucker Farm AG. Founded in 2000, Jucker Farm AG has developed into one of the most successful agricultural businesses in Switzerland. It proves that sustainable strategies combined with a consistently entrepreneurial approach can create great added value and lead to success. With or without state subsidies.
2. Which audience or which branch do you reach with your speech?
I give speeches for a wide range of audiences. From business forums and keynotes for corporate events to panel discussions. I can adapt very well to different audiences. With Jucker Farm, we address a wide range of audiences, from demanding corporate clients to ordinary private individuals on a leisure outing. Interested people who value a healthy and sustainable lifestyle are the easiest for me to inspire.
3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?
I am often described as a visionary and thought leader. I am also good at putting my ideas of a great future for us all into stories. As a trained fruit grower, I have a simple and direct language by nature. Hand-knitted and authentic, yet progressive and forward-looking. I am premium because I only exist once.
4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?
As a farmer, I am used to thinking and acting in planning periods of up to 50 years. Looking at the current changes on the climate front, we still have very little time left to act. We practice regenerative agriculture because it is the only form of agriculture that deals with the causes and consequences of climate change at the same time. We have no more time, but we need a lot of patience because we are working with nature. I am a very impatient person. That is sometimes a difficult combination.
5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?
Let’s do it. Let’s do it now. Together, we have it in our hands to create a great future for all of us. This requires innovation and vision, because the future does not take place in the past.
