Martin Jucker completed his apprenticeship as a fruit grower on his parents’ farm and at the research institute in Wädenswil. After various further training courses in business management and the master craftsman’s examination, he co-founded Jucker Farm AG in 2000.
The business, which had focussed on direct marketing from the outset, experienced an extraordinary boom with the discovery of the pumpkin and the resulting pumpkin exhibition. The Jucker brothers were richly blessed with awards.
Martin and his brother Beat Jucker, together with Walter Pfister from Rafz, continued to develop their parents’ farms in Seegräben and Rafz with ever new innovations.
Today, the four adventure farms of Jucker Farm AG are providers of professionally organised company events and seminars and well-known excursion destinations with farm shops, restaurants and seasonally changing attractions that aim to bring agriculture to life. The pumpkin exhibitions at Jucker Farm now attract several million visitors across Europe every year.

Jucker Farm AG has been practising regenerative agriculture since 2021. In Jucker’s view, regenerative agriculture is the only form of agriculture that simultaneously combats the causes and consequences of climate change. This most sustainable form of agriculture is based on the principle: “Healthy soils for healthy plants, healthy food and therefore healthy people…”
