Interview with Pirmin Loetscher:

1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Pirmin Loetscher:

My speeches are about stress management through mindfulness, inner balance, pause and focus management, and our life balance.

2. Which audiance or which branch do you reach with your speech?

Pirmin Loetscher:

From young to old, everyone is likely to experience “stress” at some point in their lives, so my speeches are aimed at a very broad audience.

3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?

Pirmin Loetscher:

Through my work as a book author and coach, I gather a lot of experience in my field every day. I share these authentically and practically, as I have also been challenged to the utmost several times in my life on different levels. By sharing my experiences I want to inspire people to live their lives mindfully and consciously in order to live contentedly and to look relaxed into the future.

4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?

Pirmin Loetscher:

We live in a time where we think we have no time. Therefore, it is important that we again become more aware that we actually do not have too little time, but we do not use too much time properly. For this, mindfulness is an ideal tool!

5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?

Pirmin Loetscher:

“Your life doesn’t have to look good on the outside, it has to feel good on the inside.”
