1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Silvia Garcia:

The core subject of my keynote speeches is how we can set the conditions to bring the best out of ourselves or other people. This is a key subject especially today, where the biggest competitive advantage has become creativity, collaboration and our capacity to quickĺy adapt to change. Whether the client is looking to refresh its corporate values, create a culture of trust and accountability, or do their part to help teams become resilient and happier, my keynotes never leave indifferent.

2. Which audiance or which branch do you reach with your speech?

Silvia Garcia:

I can adapt my message to all audiences. I have spoken to leaders at the United Nations, CEOs at the World Business Forum, but also to all level employees of companies from the retail, bank, food, beverages, beauty and software industries.

I am honored to be a PREMIUM SPEAKER.

When it comes to insights, I am inspired by my conversations and collaborations with the father of Positive Psychology -Martin Seligman-, the scientist that discovered that 40% of our happiness was in our hands -Sonja Lyubomirsky-, the teacher of the first course on positive leadership in Harvard – Tal Ben Sahar-, the happiest man on earth -Mathieu Ricard-, the director of the Sustainable Development Goals and founder of the International Day for happiness – Jeffrey Sachs- and all the numerous encounters that have left an indelible mark on me and my career and have shown me that whether you are trying to motivate consumers, leaders or employees, the same laws apply. It is all about creating positive emotions that drive change and behaviors towards a better tomorrow.

4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?

Silvia Garcia:

The world has become more complex as the speed of change has accelerated. Artificial intelligence has revealed to largely outcome humans when it comes to dealing with a great amount of information at high speed. However, AI cannot create, collaborate and solve problems that had not been solved before. The future belongs to those companies who can create a competitive advantage from their employees to be at their best, to leaders who can inspire others to follow them into an uncertain future with the certainty that they are resilient and agile to pivot quickly and make the most out of the constraints and changes.

5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?

“What you do speaks so loudly that I cannot hear what you say” – Ralph Waldo Emerson.

They will leave empowered to be happier and more successful, they will know how to set the conditions for higher trust, better relationships, more creativity and resilience.
