Prof. Dr. Dennis-Kenji Kipker studied law and computer science. As the scientific director and founder of the cyberintelligence.institute, he conducts research at the intersection of law and technology in the fields of cybersecurity, corporate strategy, and digital resilience in the context of global crises, with a particular focus on Chinese and U.S. IT law.
In this capacity, he advises the German federal government, the European Commission, and companies worldwide, where he also holds various positions, including on supervisory boards. On a volunteer basis, Dennis Kipker is involved with the World Justice Project in the U.S. and serves on the Advisory Board of the African Center for Cyberlaw & Cybercrime Prevention (ACCP) at Nelson Mandela University in South Africa.
