06. November 2023 – Mandy Weinand

Livia Schröder, born in 2004, belongs to Generation Z. The so-called “youth of today” has to contend with many prejudices. But what really makes Generation Z tick? Do we have too different expectations of each other? However, in order to create a common togetherness in the new working world, understanding is needed from both sides. Companies have to be open to innovative ways of thinking of young people, while the new generation on the labour market can benefit from the experience of the older ones. Livia Schröder clears up misunderstandings and prejudices in her lectures and workshops. Only together can we learn from each other, create great things and be successful.
