Lukas Christen, born 1966, was raised and rooted in the central of Switzerland. His plans to become a sport professional were destroyed by a motor bike crash when he was 21. During the following crises, he discovered what immense Resources and Potentials a human being carries inside. With the “Turn Around Management“, he went through, he put himself back on track of success.

On one side, he studied then economics. On the other, he built up a world carrier in handicap sports. In sprint and long jump (cat. above knee amputees), he set new benchmarks and standards. He remained unbeaten for over 12 years.

Since 1999 he is business consultant and management trainer. His speeches, workshops and trainings on “performing optimally under the most difficult conditions” are based on his core concept “4i” and show how a strong personality can access all its resources.
